We offer a booking service and a walk in service for piercings each day we open.
We have multiple piercers on throughout the day with the option of male or female piercers for any piercing.
We do not mind if you prefer to chose who pierces you. We are very accommodating.
We pierce ear lobes from age 8 (with birth certificate). All other piercings have different minimum ages, please see list (enter pop up of minimum ages) all customers under 16 need consent from a parent or legal guardian. Over 16 needs photo ID. Children under 11 years old need an appointment, 11 or over can walk in.
The only forms of identification we accept are photo ID, (passport, garda ID, etc) photocopies or photos of ID are not accepted. We may ask for a birth cert for kids.
You need to be over 17 to get a nipple piercing with photo ID and have a parent present. Once 18 you only need ID.
All piercings are performed with implant grade titanium bars and we have over 90 attachment styles to choose from to customize your look. Attachment materials are titanium, 14kt solid gold and 24kt gold plated titanium. All sterilized and stored in the studio so we are ready to go with no waiting to do your piercing once you have filled out the consent form.
All piercings are performed with single use needles. We DO NOT use piercing guns or any other variation of a piercing device.
All Jewellery, needles and instruments needed during the piercing will be removed from sterile packaging right in front of you.
All customers will be provided with an aftercare sheet detailing how to look after and clean their piercing while it is healing. Each customer will also be talked through the full cleaning process before leaving the studio.
The bar used during the first appointment is a swell bar, designed to allow the tissue around the piercing to swell naturally and subside safely with no restrictions. This bar will need to be sized down after a period usually between 4 and 8 weeks. In some cases customers may swell even further and need a longer bar. In which case the longer or shorter bar have not been charged for in the first initial piercing appointment.
Please note that when getting a piercing done there is always a risk of minor scarring. Major or hypertrophic scarring is usually from improper aftercare.
There is a risk of teeth chipping, or gum receding from oral piercings.
Gloves will be worn for the entire procedure and will be changed multiple times during the set up and piercing when necessary.
Please be aware of – or bring a list of any medication you are presently taking.
If you are unwell, on antibiotics for any sickness or pregnant you cannot get a piercing.
If you have consumed alcohol, illegal drugs, taken medication or painkillers that may thin your blood you must wait 24hrs to get a piercing. if you are on blood thinning medication long term you may be pierced, but you will need to provide us with a doctors note prior to the piercing.
Please try to limit your group to one extra person with you if necessary, we have very limited space in the waiting room and piercing area so to make the experience comfortable and safe for you and our other customers we try to limit the number of people hanging around in the studio.
It is advisable to consume a filling meal approx 1.5/4 hours prior to your appointment time and bring a sugary drink to your appointment.
If you are considering using numbing cream please do multiple patch tests on the area being pierced in the week prior to your appointment as people can be highly allergic to it. But it really isn’t necessary. Your piercing is just going to be a 2 second pinch, usually no sorer than a cat scratch.
If travelling a long distance or coming in late in the evening we recommend to book in as we sometimes pause or stop the walk in service if we are really busy.
