Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

• Ireland
• Northern Ireland
• EU and international destinations

Delivery options and charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days Not including bank or public holidays, subject to stock availability. Click and Collect also falls into this time frame.

If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available Within Business Operating Hours.. your order will be available for collection once your confirmation email has been received

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer Standard ,free Standard, Tracked. shipping on all domestic orders.

Free standard Shipping option is available under a minimum purchase price offer and is limited by destination.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout unless free delivery is offered during a promotion.

Free standard delivery may apply on eligible orders within Ireland.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard

• Ireland: 4–10 working days
• Northern Ireland & EU: 4–10 working days
• International: 10–30 working days

Tracked

• Ireland: 3–7 working days
• Northern Ireland & EU: 3–7 working days
• International: 10–30 working days

Express

• Ireland: 2–4 working days
• Northern Ireland & EU: 2–4 working days
• International: 5–30 working days

Tracking Information

Where tracking is provided, you will receive tracking details by email or note on order after dispatch.

If tracking details are not received, please contact us.

All orders will be delivered within a maximum of 40 days unless otherwise agreed.

If we cannot meet this timeframe, you may request cancellation and a refund.

Packages sent by courier will be sent by DPD, once collected packages sent by courier will be delivered next day or the following if you reside in ireland. outside ireland they can arrive within 4/6 days. all delivery estimates do not include sundays, bank holidays or christmas holidays. Packages sent by courier can be tracked, the tracking number can be sent to you if requested by email with proof of identity.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Standard, Tracked and Express tracked.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes once full payment is received.

Risk transfers only when the goods are physically received by you or a nominated recipient.

Delivery Issues and Lost Parcels

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us so we can investigate.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost:

• You may choose a replacement or a refund.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or if items are not collected within the carrier’s timeframe,

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Uncollected Click & Collect Orders

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be collected within 14 days of notification that the order is ready for collection.

If an order is not collected within this period, BePierced reserves the right to contact the customer using the details provided at the time of purchase and issue a reminder and/or final collection notice.

Where an order remains uncollected after reasonable notice has been provided:

• BePierced may cancel the order;
• for standard stock items, BePierced may issue a refund less any reasonable and proportionate administration, storage or restocking costs incurred (where applicable);
• for bespoke, personalised, made-to-order or special-order items, BePierced reserves the right to retain any deposit paid and/or recover reasonable losses incurred as a result of non-collection;
• BePierced reserves the right to resell or otherwise dispose of uncollected goods after a reasonable period.

BePierced will retain records of reasonable attempts to contact the customer before taking further action in relation to uncollected goods.

Nothing in this clause affects the customer’s statutory rights under Irish consumer protection legislation.”
